Our GAAQ U16 girls football team was established in the 2018-2019 school year. The main purpose is to provide a space where young girls have the opportunity to enjoy being active and competitive. Our motto is "Be spicy, not sweet!" High priorities for our team include: teamwork, sportswomanship, hard work, a positive attitude and increased technical and tactical skills. Our team this year is a mix of students from grades 6 all the way to grade 11. Last years' team created our cheer that we have continued to use this year: "Go blue, go red, there is no time to rest. Go east, go west, the raptors are the best. Go Raptors!!!"
